Unfortunately, NetSuite’s internal talent acquisition team wasn’t large enough to meet these aggressive hiring goals. The dedicated Coit team recommended and helped implement improved hiring efficiencies using a streamlined three-step process: 1. Preliminary interview with Coit; 2. Phone screening with the NetSuite hiring manager; 3. Intensive onsite interviews with the NetSuite team.

Our Impact
